  • Orders containing physical goods shipped to the United States are delivered under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place).
  • The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
  • Virtual goods such as event tickets, memberships, and digital products are not subject to customs duties and taxes.

Shipping Policy

For merchandise, we typically process orders within 24 hours and utilize standard carriers for shipping. The shipping time may vary depending on the options you choose when placing your order.

For events and experiences, there is no shipping time involved. Upon placing your order, you will receive your passes, tickets, or vouchers via email immediately.
